Payment Schedule
The payment schedule assumes that the student comes to you with very few supplies and /or with notebooks that need to be replaced immediately to allow the student a "fresh start" in his/her new school
Refund Schedule
For Primary and Intermediate groups, the refund schedule assumes that you have given the student the major basics. This would include erasers, pens, pencils, wax/pencil crayons, loose leaf paper, six to eight exercise books, to an approximate value of $10.00. Kindergarten groups tend to use supplies "in class" on a needs basis rather than being handed out in batches. Their refund schedule relects this.

Note: If the student is going to another school on the supply program within the District, send the refund cheque to the new school.
