If you are interested in being included in our supplier master list, for the purposes of receiving invitations to quote on District needs, you need to do the following.
Forward a request to us with:
The name of your organization
Address
Phone and fax numbers
Email (if available)
The item category(s) that you wish to be invited to bid on (e.g. Office supplies, custodial supplies, Motor fuel, etc.)
Please note that inclusion on the list maybe subject to pre-approval. For example if the item of interest to supply could be subject to specifications related to District standards. This includes, but not limited to, technology products. If you need further information and specifics please contact us.
