BC Adult Graduation
If you are 18 years or older you can graduate by completing FIVE COURSES. You can graduate within a year if you have the time to spend on your studies. Many adults have experiences and prior learning that may count toward their graduation credits. Our academic advisor can help to determine your specific graduation program and help to ensure that you have the pre-requisite courses to pursue your future goals.
Can I receive credit for courses I have done before?
- A Language Arts 12: English 12 or Communications 12
- A Mathematics 11 or 12: Principles of Math 12, Apprenticeship and Workplace Math 11,Foundations of Math 11 or Pre-Calculus Math 11
- Three (3) Grade 12 Ministry Authorized courses (see list below) OR
- Social Studies 11 and two (2) Grade 12 Ministry Authorized courses
You must begin three of your courses after your 18th birthday. Two additional Ministry Authorized courses that you have taken before can count toward graduation.
