2019 Graduation Information
W.L. Seaton’s Grad Committee is made of Seaton Staff and the student
Grad Committee and is responsible for the graduation ceremony. This year because our grad class is so large we have had to book a new venue for the 2019 graduation ceremony. Grad will be celebrated at the Kal Tire Place and is booked for 4pm Thursday, June 20th, 2019. We collect grad fees to pay for gowns,
facility rental, decorating, and other grad expenses. In order to keep fees
down, we hold fundraisers and ask that all grads participate. This year our student grad committee and our parent Super Grad committee will be coordinating our fundraising events. Stay tuned for more info. The Prom and Super Grad will be held at Seaton the evening of Saturday, June 22nd.

Super Grad Information
The Super Grad is June 22nd at 6pm - 3am at Seaton. There will be a banquet for grads and their guests, a prom dance followed by the Super Grad celebrations. See the link to the Seaton grad parent mtg April 2019 above for more detailed info.
Grad Photo Information
All grads need to book an appointment as this photo is used for the composite that is displayed in the school and a copy is given to each grad. There is no sitting fee and purchasing packages is optional. Remember that on the mountainwest.ca website you will find the school under W.L. Seaton.

Post-Secondary Institution (PSI) Selections for 2019 Graduates
Student Post-Secondary Institution (PSI) Selections – July 12
Grade 12 students are encouraged to visit the StudentTranscripts Service website before July 12, 2019 to make their PSI selections. Admission offers may be delayed or denied if students do not authorize the release of their transcript data.
For Students: StudentTranscripts Service
Students can access the StudentTranscripts Service at: www.studenttranscripts.gov.bc.ca/. To get started, they must first create a Basic BCeID account to access their transcript information.
Help videos, including “Registering for a BCeID and Accessing the StudentTranscripts Service,” are available on the website. For other help documentation, visit https://www2.gov.bc.ca/gov/content/education-training/k-12/support/transcripts-and-certificates/studenttranscripts-services-help.
Students need only complete their PSI selections once in the current school year. Students may add to their selections at any time up to July 12, 2019. Students may make up to 25 selections free of charge within six months after completing their last course. After six months, students will be charged $10 per transcript, payable on the StudentTranscripts Service.
To select their PSIs, students must login to the StudentTranscripts Dashboard and under Transcripts & Certificates, select Send/Order Your Transcript. Students locate their desired PSIs from the list and select (dependent on the PSI’s current process) the option to “Send interim and final marks when they are available” or “Send final marks when they are available.”
Grade 12 students should review the three how-to videos before they make their PSI selections for this school year. Videos include:
