Hillview Elementary - Developing Kindness and Confidence

Student success at Hillview Elementary is celebrated in many ways, with a strong focus on kindness, learning, and well‑being. During February, students came together for a Pink Shirt Day assembly that highlighted the importance of caring for others. Members of the school’s Kindness Club shared Kind Word Notes, spreading positivity throughout the school. Kindergarten and Grade 1 students brought the assembly to a joyful close by singing The Magic Penny, reinforcing the message that kindness grows when it is shared.
